Visitors always welcome

Our team were delighted by the magnificent treatment they received in your Clubhouse. The whole group came away feeling that nothing was too much for your staff, that they were really interested in what was going on and were focused on delivering a top class experience - in short they were perfect hosts.

- Mark Ringland, Club Captain, Berwick upon Tweed (Goswick) Golf Club -

Whether you are a member of another Northumberland golf club, a club further afield, or you're on holiday in our wonderful County, you will always be afforded a hearty Northwonderland welcome at Burgham.

Players wanting to have a quiet round on their own to well established societies are all welcome. We do, of course, have times when the course is restricted to our members, but we should have space on any given day to try and accommodate your schedule for a round.

Our Opens are becoming increasingly popular for golfers across the county and further afield - book early to ensure you get a tee time! See Our Opens section.

Visitors can book a round via our online booking system or by calling us on 01670 787898.

When visiting Northumberland, as well as playing golf at Burgham Park, we have some lovely countryside, beaches and market towns to provide lots of other things to do in the area.

Northumberland has regularly been in the top two holiday destinations in the English Tourism Awards - Cornwall beat us a couple of times :-( . The county is famous for it's castles, Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and many more as well as miles and miles of unspoilt beaches. We have two great market towns nearby, Alnwick and Morpeth as well as countryside walks at places like Ingram Valley, not to mention the infamous National Trust Property, Cragside with it's walks, house and cafe!

And don't forget to enquire about staying in the on course Burgham Cottages too!
